Feasibility, Modeling and Project Studies of Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering
Accredited by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, our department prepares feasibility, 2D-3D ship maneuvering simulation and risk assessment reports as well as 2D-3D emergency response risk assessment reports. Ship maneuvering risk assessment, modeling and environmental investigation reports are carried out in a maneuvering area where meteorological, oceanographic and topographical conditions, surface structures, other structures in the impact area are modeled under day/night conditions.
"WARTSILA Navi-Trainer Professional 5000" and "ECA Sindel Mistral 4000 Full Mission Bridge" simulators are used for modeling and maneuvers.
The simulator operates in a way tailored to reality with the help of "Database Management System" and "Hydrodynamic Modelling Ship Parameters Description" infrastructure.
Berthing, departure, tug and all other maneuvering operations are performed in real time based on mathematical calculations. The maneuvers of the vessel models suitable for the dimensions of real vessels in the simulator environment are carried out by individuals with the qualifications of master or pilot master and maneuvering risks are determined based on the analytic findings derived as a result.
In addition to the risk report, video recording of all maneuvers performed in line with the requests of the Authority, the snapshots of the time of modeling and maneuvering, specific features of the ship such as pilot card, maneuvering plate and other annexes are presented in the reports.
