Transportation to Trabzon:

Being an important residence, Trabzon offers a variety of transportation by road, by sea and by airway. Since it shelters many students and civil servants, there are many direct coach services to all major cities. In Trabzon, there is an international airport only 5 minutes from the main campus on the road between Trabzon and Rize. Direct flights from this airport connect Trabzon with different destinations in Turkey, Europe and Central Asian countries.

Transportation to Marine Campus

It takes 4 minutes by car from the Trabzon International Airport to Marine Campus and 20 minutes on foot. It takes 5 minutes to reach Marine Campus from the Trabzon Intercity Bus Terminal. The distance between Trabzon Port and Marine Campus takes 10 minutes by car.

Transportation to Sürmene:

A minibus departs from Trabzon city center to Sürmene district every 20 minutes from Çömlekçi minibus stops. At the same time, buses belonging to Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality also operate regularly in accordance with summer and winter schedules. These buses depart from Trabzon city center bus stations and stop at all stops in the direction of Sürmene. It takes approximately 50 minutes to travel between Trabzon and Sürmene by bus. 

Including Dean's Office, Fisheries Technology Engineering, Marine Science and Technology Engineering, Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, and Maritime Business Administration Departments of KTU Sürmene Faculty of Marine Sciences are located in Sürmene Çamburnu campus. 

On the other hand, the Department of Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering (Muammer Dereli Campus) is located in Sürmene district. If you get off at Sürmene Hospital bus stop, you can reach the department by walking for about 10 minutes.
