Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) Performance Management System was introduced at the face-to-face meeting held under the chairmanship of Unit Manager Lecturer Emrah AYVAZ with the participation of the staff.

Within the scope of the meeting, the current situation of the unit was evaluated, and the situation determination, innovative approaches that can be applied, problems experienced and solution suggestions were discussed in the operational processes related to the planned and planned studies. In addition, the duties and responsibilities of the staff were clarified and comprehensive information was provided on the functioning of the working units.

By exchanging views among the experts of our Center, the requests and suggestions of the employees were discussed. Constructive decisions were taken to solve problems and ideas for making business processes more efficient were discussed.

The meeting ended with the compilation of result-oriented approaches in line with common goals for 2025.
