A two-session seminar was held on June 24, 2025 at the Nazım Terzioglu Lecture Hall with the participation of Prof. Dr. James Francis PETERS, faculty member of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Manitoba, Canada, and Prof. Dr. Sheela RAMANNA, faculty member of the Department of Applied Computer Sciences, University of Winnipeg, Canada. The seminar was organized by the Mathematics department of Karadeniz Technical University and as a part of their programme, the guest academic staff members also visited the Office of Exchange Programmes of Karadeniz Technical University. Director of International Student Affairs Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tane VERGILI accompanied the visitors during their visit and a meeting was held along with the General Coordinator of International Relations Prof. Dr. Sercan EROL, Deputy Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Hasan Islam COPUROGLU and Office of Exchange Programmes team. Prof. Dr. James Francis PETERS and Prof. Dr. Sheela RAMANNA were informed about the Erasmus+ Programme and negotiations were held about potential collaborations during the meeting.
