Prof. Dr. Jan BEATENS, a member of the BionamiX Research Group and the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, Department of Data Analysis and Mathematical Modeling at Ghent University of Belgium, held a seminar at the Karadeniz Technical University Department of Mathematics as a guest speaker. As a part of his programme, the guest academic staff member also visited the Office of Exchange Programmes along with Assist. Prof. Dr. Serife YILMAZ from the Department of Mathematics. The General Coordinator of International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University Prof. Dr. Sercan EROL, Deputy Coordinator Assist. Prof. Dr. Hasan Islam COPUROGLU and Office of Exchange Programmes team hosted the visiting Professor. During the visit, he was informed about the Erasmus+ Programme and a short meeting was held about potential collaborations with Ghent University in the future.
