Erasmus+ KA171 Agreement Signed Between University of Illinois Chicago in USA and Karadeniz Technical University
Within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA171 project mobility, efforts are continuing to establish new bilateral agreements between Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) and other universities all around the world. Following the correspondence carried out by the International Relations Office and Medicine Faculty of KTU, a new Erasmus+ KA171 agreement has been recently signed between University of Illinois Chicago (UIC) in USA and KTU. This cooperation agreement with UIC, which is ranked 365th globally in the "QS World University Rankings" in 2025, will make a significant contribution to KTU's achievement of its goals in its internationalization strategy. Students of KTU's Medicine Faculty will be able to receive education in USA within the framework of Erasmus+ Programme. In addition to student mobility, academic staff members of KTU's Medicine Faculty will be able to participate in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments or Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training.
