Project Investigating Gene Variations in Awassi Sheep Approved

The project titled “TLR2 and TLR4 Gene Variations in Awassi Sheep and Their Effects on Somatic Cell Count and Milk Yield”, proposed by our faculty member Asst. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Öztürk together with the GAP Agricultural Research Institute Directorate, has been approved.

The project aims to investigate the relationships between variations in the TLR2 and TLR4 genes and somatic cell count and milk yield in Awassi sheep.

We congratulate our faculty member Asst. Prof. Dr. İbrahim Öztürk and wish him success in the project work.
