The Department of Civil Engineering aims to carry out activities on education, research, and community service at universal standards, to produce knowledge and technology to contribute to regional and national development, to apply and share it, to train engineers and researchers who are culturally equipped and can produce solutions to problems.

The vision of the Department of Civil Engineering is to be a department that educates Civil Engineers who aim to transform science and technique for the benefit of humanity depending on technological developments, who know how to think, learn, research, and question, who can compete in the international arena, equipped with contemporary knowledge, environmental awareness and leadership, who can do high-level research and contribute to science.
