quotas and scores

In our department, there are two different quotas: software engineering and software engineering (Vocational and Technical Education Institutions- VTEI). The quota for software engineering is for students graduating from schools such as Anatolian high schools, science high schools, and regular high schools. The quota for software engineering (VTEI) is for students graduating from vocational high schools.
