GENERAL INFORMATION

The Invitation Letter will be sent by the congress secretariat to all participants who have registered. This letter is intended solely to assist the participant in obtaining permission from their institution.

Name Badge: All participants, companions and company representatives can obtain badges from the registration desk. A badge must be worn in all scientific activities during the congress.

Certificate of Participation: All participants who register for the symposium will receive an online certificate of participation.

Congress registration cancellations are only accepted by e-mail to procontrabzon@gmail.com.

The entire amount will be refunded for congress registration cancellations made until 01 August 2024.

For congress registration cancellations made between 01 August and 31 August 2024, 25% of the amount excluding the bank transfer fee will be refunded.

No refunds will be made for cancellations made after August 31, 2024.

All cancellation refunds are made after the congress

Participation Certificates will be sent to e-mail addresses as PDF after the congress.

ACCOMODATION

The accommodation package includes bed and breakfast.

Room allocation will be made according to the application order and payment dates.

The accommodation fee includes 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax.

* VAT rate is 20%.

**No extra registration fee will be charged from those who attend oral presentations and workshops.
