ASSOCIATE PROFESSORSHIP-ACADEMIC INCENTIVE

Our congress is international.

Papers are evaluated by double-blind referee method.

Meets the criteria for associate professorship and academic promotion (in accordance with the latest changes).

The official letter "showing the number of papers presented and their distribution by country" required for academic incentive will be shared with our participants after the congress.

Paper Writing Rules

All papers to be presented at the congress must be capable of contributing to scientific developments and literature and must contain a concluding message. Papers must include the name, surname and institution information of all authors. In each paper, a "responsible author" must be specified and e-mail and contact information must be written.

Paper entries must be prepared only in Turkish and spelling rules must be followed.

Academic titles should not be used in author names. The author's name and surname should be written in lowercase letters, with only the first letter capitalized.

Abstracts should be organized as purpose, method, findings and conclusion. The order in case reports should be purpose, case presentation and conclusion.

Before submission of the paper is completed, at least 3 and at most 6 keywords must be entered into the system.

The entire abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title and author names. The title should explain the content of the study.

In abstracts; Tables, figures, graphs and pictures can be used.

Your oral presentations will be sent to procontrabzon@gmail.com.

To receive a certificate, the person presenting the paper must present his/her paper in person on the date and time specified in the program.

Abstracts that do not comply with any of these articles will be excluded from evaluation, regardless of their content.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the booklet as full text.

Participants who want to participate with a declaration must write the form of participation in the description of the receipt.

Oral presentations must be uploaded from the website and sent to procontrabzon@gmail.com. after making the payment, otherwise their registration will not be accepted.

No extra registration fee will be charged from participants who submit oral presentations.

Oral presentations will be included in the oral presentation competition after being evaluated and scored by the referees. The results of the participants' participation in the competition will be notified via e-mail.
