Erasmus+ KA171 Project Results of the Short-Term Incoming Student Mobility for Traineeships

Karadeniz Technical University is pleased to announce the results of the Call for Nominations for Short-Term Incoming Student Mobility for Traineeships under the Erasmus+ KA171 Project.

Applications were received by the partner institutions, evaluated in a transparent manner by their respective selection committees, and subsequently submitted to Karadeniz Technical University, the project coordinator.

The candidates nominated by the partner institutions underwent a second evaluation by the Selection Committee of Karadeniz Technical University, and the final selection was completed accordingly.

The evaluation of applications has been completed in accordance with the criteria defined in the Erasmus+ Programme guidelines and the institutional regulations. The selection process was conducted transparently and based on academic merit and language proficiency.

Selection Process

Applications nominated by partner institutions were evaluated by the Selection Committee of Karadeniz Technical University.

The election process was conducted in accordance with the election procedures announced in the relevant call (https://www.ktu.edu.tr/ofinafen/announcement/erasmus-ka171-project-call-for-nominations-for-short-term-incoming-student-mobility-for-traineeships).

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, the personal data listed here has been published in an anonymized form.

The list of selected (main) and reserve candidates has been finalized within the quotas allocated for each partner country.

All applicants will be notified of the results via email, and the results will also be shared with the relevant partner organizations.

Next Steps for Selected Candidates

Selected students will:

• Receive an official Acceptance Letter from Karadeniz Technical University
• Be contacted with detailed instructions regarding mobility procedures
• Be required to complete all necessary documentation within the given deadlines

Failure to comply with the procedures or deadlines may result in replacement by reserve candidates.

Mobility Period

• Virtual Component: 8–12 June 2026
• Physical Mobility Start Date: 15 June 2026

TRAVEL SUPPORT

Travel assistance is calculated using the distance calculator.

Important Notes

• Participation in both virtual and physical components is mandatory.
• Mobility duration and travel days must comply with the rules specified in the call.
• Grants will be calculated based on actual participation and eligibility conditions.

Students eligible to participate in the project will be notified separately via email regarding the application procedure and required documents. Students who decide to withdraw from the Erasmus program must notify us of their decision by April 15, 2026, at bksaglam@ktu.edu.tr.

Karadeniz Technical University reserves the right to make necessary adjustments in accordance with Erasmus+ programme rules.
