Educational Objectives

Our goal is to be a department with a strong academic staff, laboratory, and research infrastructure that provides students with the necessary knowledge and skills in both the theoretical and applied fields of chemistry. We aim to conduct high-quality scientific research utilizing science and technology for the future of the country.

Faculty Members

The Department of Chemistry is located on the Karadeniz Technical University's Kanuni Campus, with its experienced faculty and extensive facilities. It is dedicated to carrying out education, teaching, and research activities. The department comprises 26 Professors, 6 Associate Professors, 1 Assistant Professor, 1 Lecturer, 1 Research Assistant with a Ph.D., 10 Research Assistants, and 8 administrative and technical personnel.
