principles and rules

a) All announcements, information, and invitations intended for national and local press must be submitted to the Corporate Communication Office at least 15 days in advance. 

b) Invitations for events organized by units other than the Rectorate (such as conferences, congresses, symposiums, workshops, and talks) will be distributed by the respective unit. 

c) University units must submit the content for materials such as posters, brochures, invitations, and certificates of appreciation requested for events approved by the Rectorate at least 14 days in advance. For catalog and brochure designs, requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance. 

d) All requests from university student clubs must be submitted in writing to the Corporate Communication Office through their respective academic advisors. 

e) The Corporate Identity Guide, which includes the color codes used in the university’s logo, is available on our website. Special attention must be given to ensure the logo is used correctly. 

f) The Corporate Communication Office is not obligated to fulfill requests for the use of its equipment, such as computers, projectors, sound systems, video cameras, and photo cameras. 

g) Notices regarding the death of first-degree relatives of university staff must be reported to the Corporate Communication Office by the relevant Communication Representatives at their unit. 

h) Staff achievements or activities intended for publication in the university e-newspaper or media (e.g., project approvals, presentations at national/international congresses, cooperation with local governments) must be communicated to the Corporate Communication Office by the relevant Communication Representatives at their unit. 

i) Requests from units and faculties for events requiring production services must be submitted to the at their unit at least 30 days in advance.
