The Department of Urban and Regional Planning has been operating in the building of the Department of Landscape Architecture since its establishment.

On the second floor, there is a classroom for ŞBP-3 and a computer laboratory (Bilgisayar Laboratuvarı). On the first floor, there are classrooms for ŞBP-2, ŞBP-4, and ŞBP-1, as well as a common study area (Ortak çalışma alanı).

The building consists of a ground floor meeting room (Toplantı odası), faculty lounge, departmental secretary's office (Bölüm sekreterliği), department chair's office(Bölüm başkanlığı), and a graduate classroom (Lisansüstü dersliği).
