'Capacity Building Training for Technology Transfer Ecosystem' Within the Scope of the T3N-BSB Project is Now Open For Applications

As part of the Transnational Technology Transfer Network for the Black Sea Basin (T3N-BSB) Project, online training sessions focused on “Technology Transfer Processes” are about to begin! These trainings will be delivered free of charge by experts from the Karadeniz Technical University Technology Transfer Application and Research Center (KTU TTC).
About the Project:
The T3N-BSB Project is a transnational cooperation initiative implemented under the “Interreg VI-B NEXT Black Sea Basin” Programme, part of the European Union’s Cohesion Policy. The project, carried out in partnership with Türkiye, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania, aims to establish sustainable transnational networks in the Black Sea Basin and to enhance the research, innovation, and advanced technology adoption capacities of the participating countries.
Led by KTU TTC, the 18-month project includes the following partners:

About the Training:
Within the scope of the “Capacity Building Trainings for Technology Transfer Ecosystem” program, training modules prepared by the partner institutions aim to strengthen the capacities of target groups by focusing on technology transfer processes.
This training package is designed to equip participants active in the technology transfer, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem with strategic competencies. Participants will develop skills in effectively managing technological collaborations, ensuring sustainable TTO operations, enhancing entrepreneurial abilities, and managing intellectual property rights efficiently. They will also improve their knowledge and skills in innovation management, commercialization of research outputs, initiating technology brokerage activities, and accessing international funding opportunities—ultimately contributing to stronger university-industry cooperation.

Participation & Certification:
• Participants, who achieve a minimum of 90% success in the final exam, will be awarded international certificate approved by project partner institutions.
• Participation is limited to a certain number of participants.
• Trainings are free of charge and will be conducted online.

• The event will run for 5 days (approximately 20 hours in total) and 100% attendance is mandatory for each session.
• Application results will be communicated via email after June 30, 2025.
