Mahmut Celaleddin Ökten Middle School students visited Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Software Engineering.
Within the scope of the visit, the students could visit the department and observe the university environment on site. In one-to-one question and answer sessions with the faculty members of the department, detailed information about software engineering education, projects carried out, and sectoral career opportunities was shared. During the event, students' questions on software development, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity were answered, while our academicians also touched upon the critical role of software engineering in today's digital transformation.
This visit offered an inspiring and guiding experience for students in terms of university education and career choice.
