The project titled “Designing Novel Deep Learning-Based Approaches and Achieving Optimal Imaging for 2D and 3D Cell Segmentation in Microscopic Systems,” led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hülya Doğan has been supported under the TÜBİTAK 3501 - Career Development Program (CAREER). Within the scope of the project, collaboration is underway with Prof. Dr. Alper Yılmaz from the Department of Computer Science at Ohio State University.
