Our university took its place at the event "Trabzon Promotion Days" held at Altındağ Başkent Millet Bahçesi (AKM) in Ankara from April 25th to 28th, 2024. The opening of the event, which started on April 25th, 2024, Thursday, was attended by T.C. Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir URALOĞLU, Trabzon Governor Aziz YILDIRIM, Trabzon Members of Parliament; Adil KARAİSMAİLOĞLU, Mustafa ŞEN, Yılmaz BÜYÜKAYDIN, Vehbi KOÇ, and Sibel SUİÇMEZ, Trabzon Metropolitan Mayor Esq. Ahmet Metin GENÇ, Member in the Council of Higher Education Prof. Dr. Hüseyin KARAMAN, our Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI, Trabzon University Rector Prof. Dr. Emin AŞIKKUTLU, President of the Trabzon Associations Federation Ali HACIFAZLIOĞLU, representatives of NGOs and politicians, district governors, mayors, and numerous citizens.

"KTU is in the Center of Development and Innovative Perspective"

Our Rector, Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI, made evaluations regarding the organization and said, "Today, here, we have come together to introduce the large family and mission of Karadeniz Technical University. We are very excited to share the values and achievements of our university by setting up a booth at Trabzon Promotion Days. Our university is not only an educational institution but also the center of a comprehensive effort for the development of society and the region. From the past to the present, we are working with all our might to contribute to society and the country by advancing in the light of science. Today, we have the opportunity to share with the participants the opportunities and academic and social facilities offered by our university. Here, we tell our citizens that Karadeniz Technical University not only has a qualified teaching staff and modern infrastructure but also pushes the boundaries of science with its activities and produces innovative solutions."

The Work at Our University Was Exhibited

During the events, in addition to the general promotion of our university, the works carried out by the Medical Device Design and Manufacturing Application and Research Center (METAM), the works presented by the Department of Traditional Handicrafts at Trabzon Vocational School, and the promotion of Koru Hotel, which operates within our university, were exhibited.

"Special Information for Graduates" Provided

Our university didn't forget the "KTU Alumni" who attended the "Trabzon Promotion Days" in Ankara from all over Türkiye. Important information regarding the activities conducted for graduates was provided to KTU alumni who visited our booth by the Coordination Office of Alumni Relations.

Our university's booth will continue to welcome participants until April 28th, 2024.
