In an evaluation conducted by the academic ranking company ScholarGPS, our University's Department of Mining Engineering ranked 16th in the world in the "Lifetime Performance" category, standing out in the field of mining. The Department of Mining Engineering also drew attention as the only department from Türkiye included in the ScholarGPS ranking.

Commenting on this outstanding achievement, our Rector Prof. Dr. Hamdullah ÇUVALCI said, "This success has made us very happy. Additionally, being the only department from Türkiye on this list further proves the academic strength of both our University and our country.
