Prof. Dr. Mehmet ERTUÄžRUL, faculty member at the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, has been awarded the 2025 Honor Award by the Turkish Physical Society. He received this distinction in recognition of his outstanding contributions to promoting physics as a scientific discipline in Türkiye and for his efforts in raising awareness in the fields of science and technology. The certificate, signed by Prof. Dr. Baki AKKUÅž, President of the Turkish Physical Society, was formally presented to him.
