The Board of Directors of the Continuing Education Application and Research Center consists of a total of seven members, including the Center Director, two deputy directors, and four members appointed by the Rector from among the University faculty members. The term of office of the Center Board of Directors is three years. Members whose terms of office have expired may be reassigned. New members are appointed in the same manner in place of members who leave before their terms expire. The Board of Directors meets once a month with the absolute majority of the members upon the invitation of the Center Director, and decisions are taken by majority vote.
