The Erasmus+ Project Involving KTU MIS Faculty Members Has Been Approved for Funding

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammet BERİGEL and Asst. Prof. Dr. Murat KILINÇ, faculty members of Karadeniz Technical University (KTU), have achieved a significant success by taking part as researchers in an international Erasmus+ project.

The project, coordinated by Prof. Dr. Ertan DÜZGÜNEŞ, faculty member of the Department of Landscape Architecture, Faculty of Forestry, was prepared within the scope of the 2025 Erasmus+ KA220 – Cooperation Partnerships in Adult Education (KA220-ADU) call and has been approved for funding by the European Commission.

Within the project, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammet BERİGEL and Asst. Prof. Dr. Murat KILINÇ, from the Department of Management Information Systems, will contribute to artificial intelligence–based digital capacity building and data analytics processes.

As the Department of Management Information Systems at KTU, we congratulate our faculty members and wish them success in the implementation of this international cooperation project.

 

The project, coordinated by Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) from Türkiye, is carried out in partnership with University St. Kliment Ohridski from North Macedonia, Tulcea Municipality from Romania, Kavala Municipality from Greece, and Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality from Türkiye. The total budget of the project is €250,000.
