The project entitled “From Work Engagement to Quiet Quitting: Developing a PLS-SEM and Artificial Intelligence-Based Decision Support Model for Higher Education Institutions within the Framework of Strategic Human Resources Practices,” led by Prof. Dr. Kader ÅžAHÄ°N, a faculty member of the Department of Business Administration at our University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, has been awarded funding under the TÜBÄ°TAK 3005 – Innovative Solutions Research Projects Support Program in Social Sciences and Humanities.

Faculty members from our department, Prof. Dr. Bünyamin ER, Prof. Dr. Muhammet BERÄ°GEL, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekrem BAHÇEKAPILI, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmet AYAZ, are participating in the project as researchers.
