A seminar titled "Artificial Intelligence Applications and Ethics" was organized by the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Faculty of Letters, Karadeniz Technical University on May 6, 2026.

Our Head of Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ekrem Bahçekapılı, participated as a speaker. The seminar covered the current applications of artificial intelligence technologies, their academic and societal impacts, and ethical dimensions. Furthermore, assessments were made regarding the role of artificial intelligence applications in education, communication, and digital transformation processes.

The event, which attracted significant interest from participants, comprehensively discussed not only the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence technologies but also issues such as data security, ethical responsibility, academic integrity, and the conscious use of technology. The seminar concluded after answering participants' questions.
