Duties of Digital Archive and Publication Commission:

 

  • To prepare and distribute introductory magazines, brochures, posters, books about the works and objectives of the department.
  • To ensure that all studies (subject sheet, submission sheet, graduation project outline syllabus, drawings and documents, final products, etc.) about the courses in the undergraduate and graduate programs of the department are digitally archived.
  • To digitally archive all the works of the department activities (workshop, exhibition, seminar, etc.).
  • To submit the work schedule to the Department of Interior Architecture at the beginning of the semester (at the end of the second week of the semester at the latest) as of the academic year.
  • To submit the report on the activities of the commission to the department chair at the end of the academic year every year.
