During the department board meeting held in our Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering Department, the current status of our department was evaluated, and various strategic decisions regarding the upcoming term were made.

One of the primary agenda items highlighted during the meeting was the level of interaction with our students. Based on the evaluations, the current state of student-academic communication was addressed, and it was decided to organize an "Empathy Meeting" to further strengthen these ties. Furthermore, a consensus was reached to increase the number of social and academic events held throughout the term.

Additionally, in line with our vision for international collaboration and knowledge sharing, the status of incoming interns from Kazakhstan was discussed. The process was examined in detail, and the principles regarding intern acceptance and the program to be conducted were finalized. These decisions are aimed at making a significant contribution to the more effective and inclusive execution of our academic and administrative processes.
