Efective Mentoring Program

Effective Mentorship Program

The Effective Mentorship Program is a learning relationship in which a professional and expert in their field transfers their knowledge and experience to another person regarding career life. By sharing their experiences with others, the mentor creates benefits for both themselves and the learner (mentee). These individual benefits transform into social value over time. These values, which are crucial within the framework of economic development, trigger economic dynamics over time.

The origin of the word "mentor" comes from mythology. In the Odyssey, Homer recounts that King Ulysses of Ithaca entrusted his son Telemachus to his closest friend, Mentor, before going to war. The relationship between the mentor and the mentee is based on mutual solidarity and interaction, and in this respect, it provides benefits to both parties.

  • It is a program organized within our Coordinatorship that brings our alumni and students together to ensure the effective transfer of experiences between the parties. In this program, our Mentors voluntarily share key insights for career success with our Mentee students and may also aim to develop joint projects with them.
  • The program duration spans one academic year, and the number of participants is unlimited.
  • Mentor and Mentee matching is performed manually by our team, taking into account our students' aptitude tests and the fields of expertise of our alumni.
  • Certificates are awarded to the parties upon the successful completion of the process.
  • The program is open to all our alumni and students.
