Effective Mentorship Program
The Effective Mentorship Program is a learning relationship in which a professional and expert in their field transfers their knowledge and experience to another person regarding career life. By sharing their experiences with others, the mentor creates benefits for both themselves and the learner (mentee). These individual benefits transform into social value over time. These values, which are crucial within the framework of economic development, trigger economic dynamics over time.
The origin of the word "mentor" comes from mythology. In the Odyssey, Homer recounts that King Ulysses of Ithaca entrusted his son Telemachus to his closest friend, Mentor, before going to war. The relationship between the mentor and the mentee is based on mutual solidarity and interaction, and in this respect, it provides benefits to both parties.
