For diploma procedures;

• You can create a membership to the Alumni Information System from the page mezun@ktu.edu.tr and submit your diploma request from the system.
• Membership request approval procedures are created by the Student Affairs Department according to the order of the request and an information e-mail will be sent to you.
• If you have previously registered to the Alumni Information System and do not remember your password, you can request a password from the "I Forgot My Password" section.
• If you have forgotten which e-mail address you used to register to the Alumni Information System, you can request help by sending an e-mail to mezun@ktu.edu.tr with your contact information including your Turkish ID number.

For transcript procedures, you can submit your requests from the "Student Affairs Department - Write to Us" section.
