•  Carrying out internal evaluation and monitoring processes regarding the quality levels of department education and research activities, in accordance with the quality assurance directive of our university.

•  Execution and monitoring of all activities envisaged within the scope of strategic planning

•  Implementation, comparative evaluation and reporting of FEDEK course surveys at the end of each semester.
