Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) has implemented a Lifelong Learning Access Policy to ensure that education and professional development opportunities are accessible to all individuals, regardless of age, background, or employment status. The policy emphasizes the university’s commitment to continuous education, digital inclusion, and equitable access to knowledge.
This policy supports lifelong learning programs, open educational resources, and distance education platforms that enhance participation in higher education and vocational training. KTU collaborates with public institutions and local organizations to expand learning opportunities and bridge skill gaps in the workforce.
Through this initiative, KTU contributes to SDG 4 – Quality Education and SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities by promoting inclusive, flexible, and lifelong access to learning.
