Our University is committed to protecting the fundamental employment and labour rights of personnel working under outsourcing arrangements or third-party service contracts. In this context, the rights of employees working through subcontractors or service providers are safeguarded in line with the principles of job security, social rights, occupational health and safety, and equality.
In contracts and procurement processes involving third parties, our University requires compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye and relevant labour and social security legislation. Accordingly, workers’ rights are protected primarily under Labour Law No. 4857, Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, and Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, together with other applicable national legislation. Within its institutional planning and management approach, the University also regards the protection of workers’ rights as a fundamental institutional responsibility.
