Employment practice appeal process

Karadeniz Technical University (KTU) adopts the protection of all employees’ rights and the maintenance of a transparent management approach as a fundamental principle. In compliance with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Türkiye, our university provides various processes through which employees can submit their appeals regarding rights and remuneration.

Within this scope, our employees can:

  • Officially submit their appeals concerning employment rights and remuneration via forms prepared by the Personnel Department, accessible through the university’s website (forms link).
  • Request information within the framework of democratic and transparent governance principles through the Information Request Unit. Applications can be made via the online Information Request Form, written petition, e-mail, or fax (information request link).
  • Share their opinions, suggestions, requests, and complaints directly through the “Contact Us” module available on the university’s official website (contact link).

By ensuring that these application mechanisms are effective and accessible, KTU facilitates the exercise of employees’ rights and guarantees that applications are evaluated in a timely, fair, and transparent manner. Through this, our university aims to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen institutional belonging.
