Shuttle services for Staff
Karadeniz Technical University provides free shuttle services for its staff to facilitate access to the campus and promote sustainable transportation practices. A total of 58 staff shuttle vehicles operate under the university fleet.

Morning 7:00 - 7:30 am
Evening 5:00 - 5:30 pm
All shuttle services are fully operated by the university and are free of charge for users.
Shuttle services for students:
University sites in and around Karadeniz Technical University are very well served by local buses run by the Ortahisar and Trabzon Minucipalities. Special agreements have been established with the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality and district municipalities (Ortahisar Municipality) to provide transportation services for students. Within this framework, municipal buses operate at various times of the day from many parts of the city to the university campus. Discounted fares are offered specifically for students, while students with disabilities can benefit from these transportation services completely free of charge. This initiative not only enhances accessibility for students but also contributes to the promotion of sustainable mobility policies across the university community.

Shuttle services for Welcome to KTU days:
In order to facilitate the orientation and transportation of our new students who have been accepted to our University at the beginning of the academic year and all students coming from outside the province, free shuttle services are organized from the Trabzon Bus Terminal and Trabzon Airport to the Campus every year.
