1-Weekly Schedule and Internship Logbook:

The Weekly Schedule and Internship Logbook must be prepared using the template provided on the relevant page. The number of pages may be increased or decreased depending on the number of internship days. Each weekly section in the weekly schedule must be signed by both the student and the engineer responsible for the internship.

In the internship logbook, the inspection result section located at the bottom of each page must be signed or initialed by the responsible engineer. The section, page number, work performed, and date fields in the logbook must be filled in completely. It must be ensured that this information exactly matches the dates, work descriptions, and explanations stated in the weekly schedule.

The internship logbook must be prepared in a computer-based format and organized as at least one page per working day. In internship logbooks prepared in PDF format, fields requiring signatures may be signed using an electronic signature.

2-Internship Evaluation Form:

The Internship Evaluation Form can be downloaded from this link.

The Internship Evaluation Form must be completed by the authorized workplace supervisor. The completed form must be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope. The envelope must not be opened by the student under any circumstances.

3-Internship Evaluation Surveys:

Internhip evaluation surveys must be completed through the University Information Management System (BYS). Completing the surveys fully and accurately is mandatory.
