In cooperation of our faculty with Ege University and Kumamoto University (Japan), an international scientific meeting supported by TUBITAK on “Collaborative research on development of anti-cancer Gypsogenin derivatives” was held on September 7, 2018 at our faculty.

Meeting was held under the coordination of Prof. Dr. Nurettin Yaylı and with the participitation of Prof. Dr. Masami Otsuka, Assoc. Dr. Mikako Fujita and Dr. Halil İbrahim Çiftci from Kumamoto University of Japan, Assoc. Dr. Safiye Öztürk from Ege University Faculty of Science. During the meeting, presentations were made about drug molecules developed for cancer treatment within the scope of bilateral cooperation.
