Introductory Meeting Held for the UNIDES Volunteering Activity for International Students
As part of the volunteer activities initiated with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports under the UNIDES Support Program for university student clubs, a briefing meeting was held at the Office of International Student Affairs by the members of our university’s International Student Club. Information was provided on a total of 11 project areas included and supported in the Ministry’s Youth Policy Document: Family and Values, Science and Technology, Environment and Climate, Education and Lifelong Learning, Youth Information Services, Youth Health and Sports, Volunteering, Youth Participation and Civil Society, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Social Inclusion, International Youth Studies, and Disaster Management and Resilience. The event aimed to encourage active participation of international students in volunteer-based projects and to introduce the opportunities provided through the UNİDES support program.
