The Board Meeting of the International Student Club, operating within our university, was held in the event hall of the Office of International Relations under the organization of the club members. During the meeting, feedback on the events organized in the previous term was evaluated, strategies to increase student participation were discussed, and the social, cultural, and academic activities planned for the spring semester were determined.

It was emphasized that the planned activities should both support international students’ adaptation to university life and strengthen intercultural interaction. In addition, a consensus was reached on establishing working groups to enable students from different countries to take a more active role in the club’s activities.

The meeting concluded with the clarification of the roadmap for the spring semester following the exchange of views and suggestions.
