Student preferences were taken as the basis for the assignments, and care was taken to distribute the number of students per advisor in a balanced way. For this reason, some students have been assigned to a different advisor because the quota of their preferred advisors was full.

- Students who do not see their names on the list may not have had their application forms received; they must report the situation by filling out this form.
- Requests for a change of advisor are evaluated with the written approval of both faculty members and the favorable opinion of the Head of Department.
- Once the project topic has been determined together with the advisor, it is reported to the Head of Department.
