In addition to the courses and trainings carried out in our Unit within the scope of Training Activities, we are also working on the design and production of various training modules to be used by medical and dental health professionals to provide students with practice.
Another field of study carried out in our unit is numerical modeling. The first step in numerical modeling studies is design. After the design is drawn in 3D, the numerical modeling method is used to make the necessary optimizations. Thanks to this method, a significant part of the production and testing stages can be skipped. Thus, both material and time savings are achieved.
Our unit provides various supports to studies carried out in the medical field. The main ones are the design of surgical medical devices and auxiliary equipment.
In addition to the support provided to dental studies such as measurement, analysis, modeling, etc., support is also provided to dental students with training models for various clinical applications.
Various testing services are offered in the newly established biomechanical testing laboratory within our unit. Tensile testing, compression testing, flexure testing, fatigue testing and acclimatization studies can be carried out. You can review the service fees for analysis and other production processes.
