What is an MoU? - General Information
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a formal agreement between two or more parties?in this case, universities?to establish a framework for collaboration. It serves as a foundation for academic partnerships, enabling activities such as student and staff exchanges, joint research projects, and cultural cooperation.
Candidates wishing to participate in the program as an 'Incoming' or 'Outgoing' student under the MoU framework must complete their applications during the designated periods each year.
Application Dates: Fall Semester, April 15 - April 28, 2026
Required Documents: It is essential to fill out the Application Form provided below completely and upload it to system finalize your application.

Fill Out the Form: Download the application form from the link below and complete it accurately.
Submit Your Application: Send your completed form and any additional required documents to intz@ktu.edu.tr by the end of the business day on the application deadline.
Note: To facilitate the tracking of your application, please use the following format for the email subject line: "MoU Application - Full Name - Student ID Number".
Note: Before filling out the Pre-Application form, please check the partner university's website to ensure that your department is available. You may only apply to institutions where your specific field of study is offered.
