Merkezimize ait Solunum Fonksiyon Testi (SFT) ve Bronş Provokasyon Testi (BPT) laboratuvarları, uluslararası standartlara uygun, modern sistemlerle donatılmıştır. Her iki test de kontrollü ve güvenli bir ortamda, hekim gözetiminde, eğitimli solunum fonksiyon teknisyenleri tarafından uygulanmaktadır.

Laboratuvar altyapısı şu donanımları içermektedir:
• Vücut pletismografisi ölçümleri için body box kabini,
• Bronkodilatör öncesi ve sonrası değerlendirmeler için spirometri,
• Metakolin ile bronş provokasyon testi ünitesi,
• Tüm işlemler sırasında hasta güvenliğini sağlamak amacıyla sürekli hasta izlem sistemi.

Tüm cihazların kalibrasyonu günlük olarak yapılmakta olup, testler ERS/ATS kılavuzlarına uygun standart protokoller çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Aşağıdaki görseller, SFT ve BPT laboratuvar ortamını, kullanılan ekipmanları ve işlemleri uygulayan sağlık personelini

The Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) and Bronchial Provocation Test (BPT) laboratories of our centre are equipped with state-of-the-art systems that comply with international standards. Both tests are performed by trained respiratory technicians under physician supervision in a controlled and safe environment.

The laboratory includes:

• A plethysmography cabin for body box measurements,
• Spirometry stations for pre- and post-bronchodilator assessments,
• Dedicated bronchial provocation test setup with methacholine and saline dilution systems,
• Continuous monitoring of patients during all procedures to ensure safety.

All devices are calibrated daily, and all test procedures are performed in accordance with ERS/ATS guidelines. Standardized test protocols are used routinely. The following photographs illustrate our PFT and BPT laboratory environment, equipment, and staff performing the procedures.
