Duties:

To raise awareness of students about ethics, to provide counselling on the prevention of ethical violations. To prepare ethics documents and have them signed by all students. Conducting surveys on ethical issues from time to time.

The commission holds its meetings at the beginning of each term, in the second week, and prepares the activity plan for that term.

While one copy of the signed meeting minutes and activity plan is kept in the Ethics Commission Archive, which will be created in a suitable media environment to be provided by the Department, the other copy is sent to the Department Head for processing.
