Duties and Responsibilities of the Commission

This is the commission responsible for evaluating postgraduate thesis award applications and submitting the results to the Institute Directorate in the form of a report. It convenes at least twice a year.

Duties of the Commission:

• To check the compliance of the accepted postgraduate thesis award applications, in line with the calendar determined by the Institute, with the evaluation table (Annex 1) and the accuracy of other documents and evidence submitted regarding the application,
• To evaluate the applications of all candidates according to their application fields and rank them based on the application score,
• To prepare a report of the evaluation results and submit it to the Institute administration.
