Purpose of Establishment and General Information

This laboratory has been established in an independent area of approximately 200 m², primarily to carry out the laboratory studies of the “Microwave Techniques” and “Antennas and Propagation” courses included in our undergraduate program. The laboratory is equipped with numerous undergraduate-level experiment kits as well as instruments that can support graduate-level studies, including a 2.7 GHz signal generator, a 22 GHz spectrum analyzer, electromagnetic field measurement devices, and a 13.5 GHz desktop network analyzer donated by Türk Telekom, among others.

Experiments and Forms

Conducted Experiment

  1. Microwave Power Measurement
  2. Microstrip Components
  3. Measurement of Frequency, Wavelength, and Standing Wave Pattern
  4. Multi-Port Waveguide Components
  5. Frequency Dependence of Impedance and Attenuation in Transmission Lines
