Mehmet Ali Kılıçarslan, born in 1968 in Trabzon, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1990. He earned his Doctor of Dental Science degree in Prosthetic Dentistry in 1997 and a master’s degree in Health Law in 2024. In the same year, he also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration. Kılıçarslan became a professor in 2013 and currently serves as a faculty member at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. He is a member of the Medical Specialty Board (TUK), the Ankara Chamber of Dentists, the Turkish Prosthodontics and Implantology Association, and the European Prosthodontic Association, where he will serve as president for the 2025 term. He is married and has one child.
