She completed her bachelor’s degree at Dokuz Eylül University School of Nursing in 2009, her master’s degree in the Department of Nursing Education at the Institute of Health Sciences, Ege University in 2014, and her doctoral degree in the Department of Medical Education in 2019. She was awarded the title of Assistant Professor in 2019 and received the title of Associate Professor in the field of Nursing Education in 2024.

Between 2009 and 2010, she worked as a nurse at Private Ege Health Hospital, and between 2010 and 2019, she served as a research assistant in the Department of Nursing Education at the Faculty of Nursing, Ege University. Since 2019, she has been working as a faculty member in the Department of Nursing Education at the Faculty of Health Sciences, İzmir Bakırçay University.
