Bob Kiser serves as Interim Executive Director of the Simulation and Integrative Learning (SAIL) Institute at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Medicine, a 28,000-square-foot simulation center that houses both human-based and technology-based simulation programs. His work integrates standardized patients, coaching frameworks, and experiential learning design to enhance communication, professionalism, and leadership training in health professions education. He collaborates on interprofessional simulation initiatives, faculty development, and innovative curriculum design, and serves on the Association of Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE) Curriculum Development and Advancement Committee. He is also the founder of Kiser Training, Coaching, and Consulting.
