In this thesis, a microwave analyzer based on a microcontroller was designed, that is useable in 400-1300 MHz frequency range. For sampling incident and reflected waves from microwave circuit, 4-port dual-directional coupler was combined by two uni-directional couplers. By combining S parameters of couplers, mathematical expressions of the measured value by using ratio/phase detector related to reflection coefficient on the out of dual-directional coupler was calculated. Results of measurements was made better by using relevant calibration equations. For analyzing and calibration in 400-1300 MHz frequency range at 10 MHz intervals, a voltage controlled oscillator within the device was designed. And also a software interface application was writed for calibration operation and for better analyzing of results. For using without of computer connection, circuit desings works with external power was designed and memories for parameters was used.
