KTÜ Participated in TEKNOFEST

TeknoFest Istanbul Aviation, Space and Technology Festival, the first of which was held last year and became the second largest aviation festival in the world with more than 550 thousand visitors, has started to host colorful shows and technology competitions this year as well.

TEKNOFEST is being held between 17-22 September at Ataturk Airport this year. In 2018, our university participated in the first festival and won awards in the competitions. This year, KTÜ joins TEKNOFEST with its stand.

One of the faculty members of our university; Lecturer. Member Ahmet Şahin; Creatiny Team, consisting of Kaan Öztürk, Ahmet Sevim, Halenur Kar, Bünyamin Şenel and Artughrul Gahramanli, won the first category in the TeknoFEST Unmanned Underwater Systems Competition.

He successfully completed all the tasks in the remote-controlled mission category long before the deadline, and was also one of the two teams that achieved success in the autonomous mission category.
